Yuwu, after reading your 9月15日article in i-weekly, i think you are very brave. You left all your loved ones behind & travel alone to a new country that you are not familiar with.
I’m thinking, if I’m in your situation, I may not chose the same path as you. To me, it’s a challenge & risk to take. You are all alone in a new country & you can’t foresee what the road ahead will bring. I believe at that time you may aso have some fear. But due to your passion in acting, you overcome all obstacles & come here. To which, i really admire your courage.
Looking at your achievement in your career so far, I’m sure you do not regret your decision to come here. Do continue to share with us your personal live!
I’ve learnt not long ago about your charity actions and I’m really touched to see how much effort you’re putting to help the unfortunate children. I’m myself very commited to this kind of action too. I’m a plush designer living in France and I’ve recently organized a charity sale of my handmade plushes, to raise funds for the orphans of Sichuan (you can visit my website for details and pictures). I’m currently in Singapore and I’m going to give the whole collected sum to the Red Cross. I just wanted to tell you that there are also people on the other side of the world who are very concerned about what happened in China and the french customers I had that day were very supportive. Although the little kids won’t be able to know about it, but I hope that you’ll feel happy to learn this piece of heartwarming news 🙂
Other than that, I’m quite sad I’ve missed your art tour on 24th june, I would have loved to converse with you in person. But I’ll definitely go down to show my support before the exhibition ends ! I wonder how do you manage to organize such kind of charity events ? Is it possible for people like me to get involved in it as well ? I’m actually very interested in having collaboration with artists or volunteers over here and perhaps lend my hands from France ? Hope to get a reply from you if possible.
Sorry for not being able to write in Chinese, thanks for reading 🙂
