Ever got an really bad backache years ago..have difficulties like..getting out of bed..climbing up stairs..feel like falling backwards..so must hold on the railings like old people..even sitting up add to my discomfort..
For me..might be due to sitting in a wrong posture..a neighbour advises me to move around..do some bending down even if it do hurt…lucky it did go away quite some days later..so now I quite careful in the way I sit..
For you..think you better consult a doctor as your next project might need you to do some fighting scenes or stunts..Take Care

Take care of your back, get it heal on the early stage before it gets worse!
try not to stay in the same position for too long. once you feel uncomfortable, change into other positions. this might be due to stiffness of your back. advise you to do some stretching exercises, for eg. bending forward to reach for toes, backwards, to your sides and stretch upward (hands try to reach as high up as possible). do this exercises twice or three times a day, once when you wake up and once before you sleep. it will surely help. if not u cannot go to a physiotherapy for consultation.
